SOCIAL PANGA

Situated in what is one of Bangalore’s largest neighbourhoods, is Social Panga- a young social media and digital marketing agency. The brief for the architects was simple but clear- a relatively open work environment reflecting a distinct work culture that involves a new-age digital twist to a conventional marketing job in an unconventionally quirky and creative manner. This was our starting point- to contrast the old with the new. The chosen colour palette of the space includes a ‘cool grey’, reminiscent of those old black and white images, contrasting with a streak of yellow that runs across the entire space.

 

The work culture of this young team borrows from a ‘mafia’ theme and we wanted to make sure the space reflects that. The space adorns quirky, upcycled elements such as a retro cycle, a call-bell, LEDs in old incandescent lighting cases and custom industrial tables.
